Following the pre-planned maintenance clean we produce a full report relating to the kitchen extraction system. Reports and audits are produced to contain:
- Pre-clean photographs (audit purposes)
- Post-clean photographs (report purposes)
- Site schematic
- Micron readings
- System report
- Recommendations for compliance
